Patricia acts as your mentor and guide on your journey to wellness. Patricia is a NYS Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a passion for helping others to improve their lives. In addition to her therapy background, she is soon sitting for credentials as a certified personal trainer and nutrition consultant and is truly dedicated to on-going education in the fields of psychotherapy and health, and has years of academic experience in clinical nutrition research.
Patricia's goal is to bring her clients the most up to date techniques for changing their lives. Her style of mentoring is integrative, humanistic, and motivational, giving clients the opportunity to explore their struggles, find their strengths, and build upon them. She is a passionate group facilitator, and truly believes in the support and accountability this experience provides. She has expertise in the areas of eating disorders/food addiction, mental health issues, substance addiction, and familial dysfunction, and has helped hundreds of clients to achieve personal balance and wellness.
Sara Liedtkie, MS, LMHC, MT-BC
Sara Liedtke, MS, LMHC, MT-BC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor as well as a Board Certified Music Therapist who is trained in EMDR trauma therapy and has over 12 years clinical experience serving children, adolescents, and adults. She assists her clients with self exploration, recognizing individual strengths that become foundational supports for healthy growth to build upon. Sara uses a holistic approach, often using the bio-psychosocial-spiritual model to find balance of the physical body, mind, community or social self, and life purpose. When appropriate, Sara utilizes creative tools for expression, integrating musical experiences for additional self awareness and personal empowerment. Interventions with music assistance may include improvisation, song writing, validation exercises, uses for coping, jamming out, guided imagery as well as further integration of art and other creative means.
In sessions, Sara views herself as an ally, walking with her clients towards personal growth. She may offer therapeutic attention to forgiveness and healing, trauma, substance addiction, grief and loss, in addition to other mental health obstacles that confine individuals within their daily lives. Therapeutic styles include mindfulness and meditation work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Creative Expression, Narrative Therapy, motivation for change, and Existential exploration.
Emily Wood, MS, LMSW

Emily Wood, LMSW is a Licensed Master’s Social Worker with experience providing psychotherapy to children as young as three as well as adolescents and adults in individual, family, and group settings. She is an experienced provider of DBT, play therapy, trauma work, mental health diagnosis, autism, anger management, behavioral concerns and family systems relationships. Through a self-directed journey, Emily will assist you in removing your destructive self-doubt and criticism. Validation of your emotions coupled with dispelling negative thoughts accumulated over time and skill development will allow you to find the positive in each and every day. Children will gain mastery of emotions through play and skills development, thus gaining the confidence needed to carry them to adulthood. Families will learn to work together to find happiness and healing under Emily’s expert guidance.
